Emotional support is crucial for maintaining well-being, and caregivers must have access to tools and strategies to manage their emotional health effectively.

This course provides caregivers with techniques to build emotional resilience, reduce stress, develop coping strategies, and grief management that support both their own well-being and the care they provide.
